Market Info

Season Format

Our market runs once a month from April through October, with no market in June. The May 9 market will feature the Kids Market, and other vendors are also welcome that day.

Pricing & Payment

Single spaces are $40 per event or $160 for the full season, double spaces are $70 per event or $280 for the full season, and food truck spaces are $40 per event or $160 for the season.

Vendor Setup Time

Vendor setup begins at 1:30 PM, and booths must be ready by 2:45 PM before the market opens.

What days and times is the market open?
The 2026 Farmers Market will be held on April 4, May 9, July 11, August 8, September 12, and October 10. Each market runs from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Are you still accepting vendors?
Yes. We are currently accepting applications for the 2026 season. Returning vendors and new vendors are both welcome to apply.
Is the May market only for kids?
No. The May 9 market will feature the Kids Market, but other vendors are absolutely welcome to participate as well.
What are the booth options and prices?
Vendors can apply for one 10' x 10' space for $40 per event or $160 for the full season, two 10' x 10' spaces for $70 per event or $280 for the full season, or a food truck space for $40 per event or $160 for the full season.
Is there any discount for signing up for the full season?
Yes. Early bird pricing for full-season payment is available through March 20, and season vendors receive first selection of preferred booth locations.
When do vendors need to arrive?
Vendor setup begins at 1:30 PM, and booths must be ready by 2:45 PM before the market opens to the public.
What kinds of vendors can apply?
The application includes produce, prepared foods, baked goods, crafts and artisan items, and other approved categories.
What permits or documents might vendors need?
Vendors are responsible for any required business licenses, county or state permits, and health permits. Prepared food vendors should attach their food health permit and East Fork Fire operational permit if applicable, and alcohol vendors must provide proof of liquor liability insurance naming Eastern Sierra Feed as an additional insured.
What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods are cash, check, or card, with payment details provided upon approval. Vendors signing up for individual market dates must pay at least 7 days before the event to reserve a space.
What happens if the market is cancelled or a vendor cancels?
If the market is cancelled due to severe weather or safety concerns, vendors may choose between a refund or credit toward a future market. If a vendor no-shows or cancels within 3 days of the market date, no refunds or credits will be issued.
